19AUG2022 Yuma, AZ real estate investor meet-up will have a guest presenter from one of our local Yuma area investors, Adrian Alfaro. In this meetup, we'll be provided a deal deep dive from Adrian with insight into his preferred niche of real estate. The presentation will be provided as information only and will NOT entail sales pitches of any kind. Any business transactions that arise from this meet-up are the responsibility of the parties involved and have no relation to BiggerPockets nor the REI meet-up organizer; do your due diligence before any transactions occur.
