Pints & Properties - Raleigh Meetup, if you don't know already, is an open networking event so we can build the community and connection of like minded people! We will bring a relaxed vibe while hopefully bringing some extra value with short intro guest speakers lined up throughout the year, meeting up the LAST Thursday of every Month.

Erik has been with IFC for a little under two years where he runs the Southeast division of the company based out of Charlotte. As regional manager, Erik heads the marketing efforts as well as loan underwriting, servicing, and processing from start to finish. I Fund Cities, headquartered in Philadelphia, is an nationwide alternative lending platform created for real estate investors by real estate investors. IFC offers a variety of loan products that can be customized to fit each investor's individual needs and goals. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Erik worked as a financial portfolio analyst for a Philadelphia-based ETF Distributor. Outside of work, Erik enjoys cheering on his local Philadelphia sports teams and coaching high school basketball as well as playing with his French bulldog, Bubba.

We will have a structure of a 6:30pm Start for Erik

to speak and then open for social networking around 7-7:15pm. Just show up and talk real estate regardless of experience level and hopefully learn something new from your fellow neighbor.
