LLC Advice and guidance
I'm currently working on getting my LLC. I don't know how to label a LLC. For example, is putting your name in the LLC a good thing or bad thing. Should an LLC be related to business in anyway? I know that this is probably an amateur question for most people, but I need to start somewhere and would appreciate some ideas. If there's anyone that has good advice or ideas let me know. Thanks!

I wouldn't waste your time and money on an LLC until you are sure you really need one and you understand the implications of managing and maintaining one properly.
