East Bay Multifamily Investors - hey all, new to RE and looking to start investing in Bay Area small Multifamily properties. Working on getting my financials ready, but while that’s going on, I’d like to get some insight into areas/cities/ neighborhoods y’all like and their pros and cons. Appreciate any input!
