Greetings investors! One thing that’s been lacking in the Wilmington market is a meet-up that’s focused on commercial projects, syndication, multifamily, self storage, and Capital raising. So we’re starting one! Please come join us as we launch our first monthly meet up at Flying Machine Taproom this Thursday, 5:30-8ish. My partners and I with Nomad Capital operate a Syndication focused on Self-Storage. Our past and current projects include buying old K-mart facilities and converting them to drive-in climate controlled storage in the southeast. Come network, and give input on what value and content we can start to produce and provide in this monthly meet up. See you there!

We tried to, but it’s under contract with UNCW, student housing going in. We have a tough time with the K-mart facilities that used to have an auto store in them. Typically those test positive for mercury, and toxic chemicals in the site study, and the hazmat cleanup costs are astronomical
