Short Rentals condominiums

Hi Guys how are you ?

I have a question and would like your opinion :

I found a property in FL to buy for a short rental and asking the realtor it agrees that the property is available to buy and than do short rentals , and call the HOA and they told me that only long term rental are allowed, what should I do at this point ?

Move on to the next deal. If the HOA is against it, they can make your life miserable. Why do that to yourself.
