The Pittsburgh REIA Commercial Real Estate Group meets next on Tuesday, December 14th beginning at 6:30PM.

This month, Richie Stephenson, CPA, from Stevans & Associates, will be our special guest speaker.
Richie will discuss:
1) Pending federal, state, and local tax changes
2) Depreciation and cost segregation
3) Updates on entity selection and tax implications
4) New tax laws affecting real estate professionals
Also, Richie will be available to take any other questions that you have. Even moreso than in years past, you won't want to miss this annual CPA review.
As always, we will have our roundtable discussion. Please bring any deals that you'd like to discuss, properties that you are looking to buy or sell, opportunities you are looking to invest in, and any other questions that you have.
New and experienced investors are always encouraged to attend. And first time group members are always welcomed.
