Saranto is a CPA specializing in real estate investing. He started his practice in 1986 and is based in NY. He has been an LIREIA member for 15+ years, and is also an experienced real estate investor. He will be discussing tax strategies, as well as answering any questions you have about tax implications of investing in real estate.
Belinda is a former Wall Street bond trader who now has her focus on the sector of alternative assets for investment portfolios. She has helped many individuals to self-direct their retirement accounts with the goal of investing in assets such as real estate.
Also, Baylen Hanato from Home Depot will be discussing the Home Depot Pro membership, and the SPECIAL BENEFIT all REIA members can receive.
This meeting will be hosted by Melissa Shea. Melissa is the President and CEO of LIREIA for the last 14 years. She is an experienced investor who has a portfolio of 128 units in 10 different states. She has a NY broker license, she is a licensed commercial lender for Everyday Funding, and EXIT Realty regional owner for Connecticut and Rhode Island.
