Hands on Meetup: Before, During, and after Rehab, FINISHED 9 weeks

Come see the home from start to finish. Final estimates to actual expense to be Shared!!

Purpose: To educate and network with both new and experienced investors through an actual rehab project.

Location: 178 Enwood Dr, Charlotte, NC 28214, 2100 sq. ft. 3/2 brick ranch with a full gut rehab. Home is located in Coulwood Subdivision. Take the Mt. Holly exit off I-485.

Third and final meetup Saturday, over 10 weeks: start to finish: Oct 1st(Meeting 3) 9:00- 11:00 am.

You will experience before rehab, during rehab and finish product. We will review:

1.Learn how to buy:  what would you pay for this house in this condition?

2.Learn the rehab process: What would you estimate the rehab of this house?

3.Learn the after retail (ARV) strategy: What would estimate the ARV of this home to be?

All of our details regarding purchase, rehab and ARV will be shared with participants.

4.What would you do with this room? There is a large bonus room that needs a special design suggestion?
