Lease Agreement Questions
I'm a new investor who recently closed a rental property in OH. My question is if the property is under a personal name, can you make a lease agreement under a business entity with the tenant for the property?
Thank you in advance

As Nathan said or you can create a management agreement between yourself and the LLC and then the lease can be in the LLC name.
