Cleveland Contractors or Handyman that are dependable

Hello, 

I am a real estate investor in the Cleveland Ohio area and I am seeking to complete my Core 4 and having some trouble with a reliable contractor. I am open to handymans and single experts that are good in their one area of expertise, as long as they are reliable and affordable. Please share some of your experiences with finding some of the better Contractors or handyman. If you have any you recommend I am happy to vet them.
