Getting vacant unity ready for new tenant - property management

I have a unit where a tenant just left. Property management is helping me get it ready for the next tenant. It’s already been a week and I still have not received reports from their inspector on what needs to be done to fix up or prepare the property. How long does it usually take for property management to have an inspector in and get a report? Not sure if it usually takes this long for this part of the process to be completed but it seems to make sense to me that this should be done as quickly as possible.
