Assistance with Leasing Property in Peoria, Illinois

I am having the hardest time looking for someone to help me lease out a property I purchased in Peoria, Illinois. I am an out of town investor. I need a PM company to assist with marketing, showing the property and getting lease signed. Another option is I can do the marketing myself but need someone in Peoria to show the property and do the signing. Does anyone have any recommendations. I felt like I have called all the major property management companies in Peoria. Maybe a realtor in Peoria, Illinois?
