My wife and I just recently closed on a four house(10 unit) bundle to bring our portfolio to 10 houses(25 units)! We thank God and the BP podcasts for everything the've taught me in the last three months of listening to about 450 of them. This may be my first post, but i want it to be an appreciation post to BP as they've helped/encouraged me to go get that next deal. I look forwarded to being more involved in the community and becoming a full-time real estate investor within the next year! If anyone is in the small town of Franklin, PA or northwest PA, I would love to try to help any way I can. Even just to talk real estate! Let's do it!

Awesome! Like Nathan said though buying is easy compared to managing. All my new units I am putting with property managers and any unit that I self manage when the lease is up I am turning them over to PM.
