subject to process to get started on my first subject to ;)

so I apologize I'm new but I know I need an authorization to release form signed buy all people on the mortgage on a Subject-To but is there anything else I need to complete it . should I change the deed over to my name and could someone please give me a summary of that process. Thank you so much
