Google is your friend.

Search for "tenant screening" or "application screening" or "rental screening" and you'll find dozens of options. Compare a few of them to see what they offer and how they compare. Try running a practice application on yourself to see if it's easy for the applicant to complete, what information is screened, etc. If you want other opinions, try reading Google reviews or come back to BiggerPockets and ask people specific questions.

It's hard to find a perfect solution so pick one that meets your key requirements and move on.
