Seeking Attorney in LA Area for tenant related issues

Hi BiggerPockets,

I am seeking recommendations for a good attorney with experience on tenant related issues such as evictions.  This is for a midsize apartments in the LA Area. We have an immediate eviction case but would like to hold onto this person for long term for all our legal apartment matters if all goes well.
