Lease to Purchase contracts

Hi All!

We are getting close to closing our first property and are considering a potential Lease to Purchase option.  I've downloaded the standard lease forms for Florida through BP but they do not include Lease to Purchase.  Any suggestions about where to obtain these outside of RE attorney?  Thanks as always!
