Hi,

I live in WA where RE prices area sky rocketing kind like in CA. I'm looking into duplex in different state, but I'm not sure how to verify or find property management companies in different states? Any tips appreciated?

@Anna Bee fastest way is to use the biggerpockets Network/Search/ members. Take a close look of their reviews and how responsive they are. There are free property management tools like Zillow rent-manager that I use by my self they do 95% of what a property management company does for free.
