Owner Occupancy Fraud Crackdown

Be careful if you buy a property with an owner occupant loan and rent it out immediately. Or if you an investor and represent yourself as an owner occupant on a house only open to owner occupant bidders.  I imagine, we are going to see more crackdowns on this common type of fraud with our housing shortage situation.
