Any self managing real estate assets?
Hey everyone. I work as a financial advisor and spend most of my time with clients. I've been wanting to diversify into residential real estate, but find that I do not have any extra time to manage properties. I have a couple of commercial real estate properties, but have it written into the lease that the tenant is responsible for all repairs and maintenance. So I have been hands of with these properties for years. My rental management company charges a flat 50$ per month for each property, I have been with them for nearly 10 years.
Is there anything similar with no extra work on my part for SFH (single family homes) ?
Thanks in advance,
Fred
