Short term rentals/AIRBNB

Hi all! I’m looking into the Tamarac area in Florida to do short term rentals/AIRBNB. I’ve never been to that city before so I’m trying to find out if it’s a great place for an Airbnb. Anyone currently investing in the area? I’m currently looking into areas in Fort Lauderdale to acquire a property for short term renting and just trying to keep my options open to jump into. Welcome @Donya Mattis, why Tamarac? It is pretty far in land.  Which demographic for travel are you trying to catch there?  Have you run numbers on purchase price and comps? It is hard to give advice.  What is your budget? Why do you want to do the short term space and do you have any experience with it?  Cheers!
