SECURITY DEPOSIT AND PET DEPOSIT/FEE/RENT
Hello, new investor in California and will close escrow in a couple of weeks on 1st investment condo. Acquiring existing tenants that I agreed can stay but found out their security deposit does not equal 1 month rent and found out they have a pet and there is no deposit for that either.
Seeking suggestions to catch up the security deposit and add pet deposit/fee or rent.
