Success using GoSection8.com?
So I have an apartment that's been up for rent for almost 2 months now. It looks great with new paint, flooring, etc. People who have viewed it compliment it. I get lots of interest, but nothing serious yet. One app that I declined. Two people that paid app fees, but never sent the app (yet?).
I made a free profile on GoSection8.com. My unit could easily pass the inspection for a Section 8 tenant. Is it worth to pay for the premium profile on that site? I need to get this vacancy filled and am starting to consider hiring tenant placement services.
