Look, we are being talked about in the Times! It is an article about the effects of an increasing number of homes being owned by investors and rented out. Neighborhood effects, including crime rate :o What are the implications for real estate investors do you think? I was wondering specifically about the possible inflation of housing prices that could crumble more easily perhaps than if 80% of the homes were owned by homeowners with stable jobs. I could be wrong.
