Any rockstar PMs used by out of town investors in Cleveland?

I'm looking for recommendations on the PMs used in Cleveland by out of town investors to take care of their properties.  I currently use a very good PM company in DC who transformed our quad's performance.  I know how important PMs are to REIs and I look and it's essentially a business partnership that involves a lot of trust and communication.
