Looking at a Rental with pool
I am in Rome Georgia and looking at a rental with a pool. Should I keep the pool and have in the contract the pool is the responsibility of the Lease or should I charge more for the rent and cover it under the self property management? I was thinking of just filling it in and avoid the hassle.
