can they do this? work order question
I love in a apartment complex, have been here 7 years, they did a walkthrough prior to my renewing my lease in may, had a list of things they were supposed to fix, its now october and some things havent been done. when i asked the property manager about this she says the walk through wasn't done. she put in a work order with me listed as the originator and said they are coming in on tuesday to do the tub faucet which i have already fixed. I told her she does not have permission to enter. I dont even want it fixed anymore, I will not be renewing again, but they will not delete the work order and im afraid they are going to enter anyways.
