Should I pay off the city special assessments?

Hello BP!

First time post. I have my first rental closed. However, I found there is a city special assessment of $7400. It will be paid off in 2027. If I pay off $7400 now, the cash flow will increase from $306 to $410. Should I pay off the city special assessments to get more cash flow. Thanks!
