House Hacking Question

Hello everyone, I purchased a single family house around 4 months ago before i found out about real estate investing. I used a 3% conventional. I was wondering if after living here for a year if i'll be able to convert it into a rental then purchase a triplex/duplex with a FHA. Wondering because i'll be moving from a full house to a multi house.
