Owner Move-In Eviction in Tennessee

I am curious if owner move-in evictions are allowed in Tennessee? We are looking at buying a rental property in Tennessee that is currently occupied, but we might have to move into it and cut the current lease short. If we had to move into it, it would be in Aug/Sept 2022, but the current lease doesn't end until July 2023. I was curious if anyone has experience in this realm. We have tried contacting real estate attorneys, but they either won't return calls or want money, so I figured I would ask here first before I pay an attorney.
