Finding a good accountant who knows what to do with STR’s?

Hi, I'm very néw here and a little nervous to be posting, so please be nice 😊 We bought a vacation home last year and are using it as a STR and it's doing quite well- or goal was to cover costs at first, and we've done a little better than that. Having said that we're very new at this and need some professional advice. So far every accountant that anyone has recommended to us is unable to answer our questions. Aside from doing our taxes, we need someone to tell us how we should be setting things up during the year to maximize our deductions etc. It seems like a simple thing but we haven't been able to find the right people. Now we're buying a second property to use as an STR, and I'm afraid we're going to have a huge mess at tax time if we don't get proper guidance. Should we form an LLC at this point now because we have 2 properties? Any advice and help finding the right accountant would be much appreciated! Thank you.
