Seeking landlord in Baltimore, MD area

Em B.
Posted

Hello there! I'm currently seeking a rental property (as a tenant) in the Baltimore metropolitan area. Preferably anything within 40 minutes of the Arundel Mills mall... But beggars can't be choosers!

I'm going to be 27 this spring, and am a full-time working professional for a local police department. I have a master's degree, and I'm planning on going back to school within the near future. I have a salary of $58k, and would be comfortable paying $1100 with utilities included. My only requirement is that I am allowed to bring my dog, who is house trained and well behaved. Yes, I will pay a pet deposit on top of a security deposit.

I'm respectful, quiet, I don't party, and I'm ten times out of ten going to be at home watching netflix with my dog instead of being a nightmare tenant - because I want to get into real estate within the next two years!

Looking forward to connecting with everyone,

Maggie
