I need help with GC in Panama City FL crazy unit turnover cost

Hi BP Community!

Can anyone recommend a fair and honest general constructor in Panama City FL?

I purchased remotely 5 unit property a 3 months ago and I have the first turnover in one of the units, looks like the unit is in bad shape and I just received a huge quote for an 850sqft unit turnover from my PM to basically replace everything... 30k quote....

I need help and don't know where to start... any suggestions/advice would be extremely valuable.
