Looking for help/advise in Finland

My wife will be inheriting an apartment in Oulu, Finland where she is from. We are currently living in Duluth, Minnesota. I am hoping to find some contacts in Finland and hopefully in Oulu. We would be interested in finding a company to rent out the apartment for STR so then we can use it when we go back to visit and to ask some other questions on the rental market there.
