New Modular Homes For Flip or Rent

So, I just binge watched an entire season of Impossible Builds on Hulu. Considering the complexity of the structures themselves plus the added complexities of transport/assembly at remote locations, I thought the costs were extremely reasonable. Does anyone here invests in these style homes for flip or rent?
