Hi, I am looking for Short term rental management companies for a house we are looking in the area fro Bryson City to Asheville including Maggie Valley and Brevard.  This would be my first short term rental investment and it is out of town and state. I need to be able to calculate operating cost of managing the house rental including maintenance and repairs. The goal is to rent it to make a profit (including paying the mortgage) and being able to use it a few weeks per year as a family vacation/
