Lease renewal tenants- All at the same time or at different times
As of right now I have 2 units with 6 tenants, with different end dates on their leases. I am a renter myself. My landlord has us all on the same leasing schedule. I am wandering if I should follow his example?

Hey Mario,
I would stagger the renewals by a month or so. That way your contractor can work back to back on the projects, instead of letting them sit vacant.
This will become more of an issue as you grow.
Hope that helps!
