ERAP: What's Your Experience So Far?

I'm curious to hear how others are doing with Emergency Rental Assistance Program. I only had a couple tenants (out of 400) that were behind on rent, but once ERAP opened up, they came out of the wood work. I swear the government is just teaching people how to get "free" money.

It's been very slow. Most of our applications were submitted in early May. I think we have about 15 applications and only three have been paid so far. One was four months behind and received three months of rent. Another was one month behind and received half a month of rent. The third wasn't behind at all, but they still received three months of future rent. Like most government programs, it doesn't make sense.
