Collections Help Needed

O'Keefe Graham
Posted

We've got a tenant who we got evicted finally after being almost $4,000 behind.  She works in a cash only business and is now a nomad.  She signed an agreement to start paying back rent by ACH, but of course payments bounced.  What's the best way to go about collecting from someone who seems almost uncollectable?

I'd move on, you can't get blood from a rock. It's a bummer, but chasing her most likely won't be worth the time and effort.
