Treehouse STR Insurance?

Hey guys, new member to the site. We currently have 16 acres(going to buy 14 more here soon right beside us) at the corner of a creek and a river. It's our slice of heaven. We live in NC and we're building a 17'x27' treehouse on our property. I'm having trouble locating a company to insure the treehouse. Homeowners bowed out when they heard STR. Any suggestions? I'm waiting on a reply back from Proper Insurance which specializes in STR but I have a feeling they're going to balk at a treehouse.
