Rental rate for an outdoor bank branded ATM location

I've been approached by a national bank that want to install a ATM machine in a strip mall parking lot.

Does anyone have an idea on how to value this type of rental? They want two parking spaces for exclusive use of the ATM plus electricity paid by landlord? From researching online some to the private machine pay the landlord a commission based on the transactions run through the ATM.
