Down in the Baton Rouge area for storm restoration after Ida. Trying our best to get the power back on and as any investor been looking at properties.(Paid bird dogging I like to call it) This area hasn’t been one I have looked at in the past, but am liking what I’m seeing in some areas. Hoping to connect with people that are investing here and get some insight and possibly expand my portfolio in the area.

Thanks Everyone
