"Do you allow corporate leases?"
Guys, if you just took a course on "how to make money with rental arbitrage" and want to go out and find places to lease, that you can turn around and lease via airbnb/vrbo, find a better way to ask.
What I would do is put together a pitch about myself, my experience, how I'm well capitalized, etc. Then I'd search for units that have been leased a while, call the owner/LL, and explain why it's 'safe' to lease to me.
But please, as an owner of multifamily, stop asking "do you accept corporate leases" as a round-about code for "Can I do STR in your property?"
