CrashPad Advice in the CVG area

Looking to turn my SFH about 6 miles away from CVG into a crashpad for airline employees. I am a regional FO and was wondering if anyone has had any experience in or has any. recommendations before starting this endeavor. I currently own several multifamily properties but this will be a new niche for me.

Any Advice or feedback is greatly appreciated.
