I'm currently and out of state investor who has a 4 unit condo in the midtown commons area (53719 zip) that I bought when I still lived in Madison.

We're currently looking for a good property manager since our current independent manager is looking to retire.

Any investors in the area have good experience with any managers/management companies they'd be able to recommend?
