Would you charge the tenant twice for carpet cleaning?

Tenants moved out and left a coffee stain on new carpet. The housecleaner said she had an extractor and would add that service for $100. She was unable to get the stain out and said it was too set in and we paid her. Then we tried a second time with professional carpet cleaners for another $100 and they got the stain out. Would you charge the tenants $100 or $200?
