Issues with Zillow?Can't rent awesome property out in Vinings,GA

Anybody else having issues with Zillow? People don't get my messages back to their inquiries. I know this because then they reach out on Apt.com or Zumper and say they never got a message from me. Then they disappear. I've been managing properties for 12 years, working with my family's commercial business and now doing my own residential properties. NEVER had issues renting out properties. 

I'm very frustrated because I still haven't rented a beautiful new townhome I just got doing a 1031, in Vinings, GA. Very upscale and nice area, gated swim community, inside the perimiter, I've lowered my price to be more competitive, still can't figure out why it is sitting on the market. ALSO we got scammer, bait and switch applicants!! HORRIBLE, people with weird emails and simple searches on myfamilytreenow can see that their "family" reference is not even associated with them.. they think we are stupid? So where have the good tenants gone?

My other property down the road, no issues, my property in Alpharetta, no problems, my properties in Alabama NO PROBLEMS... just this one. Is there a way to know if there is a "word on the street" about this development... I'm really at a loss and my realtor doesn't know... thanks
