Property Manager Recommendation - Greenville PA

Greetings! My team and I are purchasing a 9 unit apartment building in Greenville, PA, a small town an hour and a half north of Pittsburg. We're looking for a property manager and have not be able to identify one. We've called all PMs and RE agencies on google from the nearest large towns and the consensus we've received was that the property is too remote/far away.

First, does anyone invest in this area and have a PM recommendation? Second, if you own property in a small market like this, do you have any tips on locating a PM.

We self manage 13 units right now in our local area (Fayetteville, NC). If we need to simply tighten up our processes and manage the property ourselves, we can; however, we prefer to hire a professional PM company.

Thanks so much for your time! Let me know if you need any additional information about us and our plan for the property. Love BP.
