Water stagnates on jacuzzi tub platform

Hello,

I don't know if it's a bad tub installation, I see the water just spilla over and stagnates on broad jacuzzi tub platform corne4w while taking a shower in my rental. Instead of readjusting the tub is there anything I can install around the corners so that water slips back into the tub than getting stagnated?
